AirQino is a high-precision environmental monitoring platform, developed bythe Italian National Research Council (CNR) in collaboration with TEA Group.
The project stems from the need to create a network of mobile stations for a more thorough air quality monitoring in urban areas,in agreement with the 2008/50/EC Directive, which acknowledges and regulates the importance of supplementing measurements to those deriving from fixed stations.
AirQino Indoor is the new technology solution applied to air quality monitoring and most of chemical compounds that impact on the surrounding environment.
The Indoor version is designed to detect main air pollutants (NO2, Formaldehyde, O3 , Total VOCs, CO) in indoor environments or that require a constant control of environmental parameters.
The station is able to detect additional environmental parameters such as air temperature and relative humidity and main climate-altering gas: CO2.
AirQino offers the possibility of detectingatmospheric pollutants and identify their emitting sources.
Thanks to its versatility, it can be deployed in several locationsin order to create a widespread, flexible and cheap monitoring network.
High performances of the installed sensors are guaranteed by a thorough procedure of calibration and validation carried out at the CNR laboratories.
A team of experts will support you during the stages of installation and detection of hotspots.
Perfect functionality of the installed sensors is ensured thanks to regular checking and validation procedures.
